Damijan Podversic winemaker is on Monte Calvario close to Gorizia. In the south of Collio, it has been producing wine since 1998. At the beginning it was very small, but during the years, it grew and reached 12 hectares.
It is a family run business where wines reflect earth, variety, and ripe seed. Its philosophy is intrinsic of nature. Vineyards are supervised and treated with care to obtain the best quality. During the winemaking, details and time are the keywords. Wines are macerated for three months, then aged for three years in big barrels and for one year in bottle.
