We are a family-run company with a strong connection to traditions, we work meat by hand only in winter and then we let it age in our villa.
We chose to smoke with cherry and bay tree wood to ennoble the meat flavor and not to cover it.
The pigs are exclusively raised in Friuli and are accurately feed.
