OUR HISTORY
Three guys that putting their ages together are not even 90 years old!
L’Oca Golosa is the idea created by 3 young guys under 30: Valentina, Federico and Francesco. We built a sweet and salted bakery where you can buy and taste our delicacies. We have an AIC and AILI certified workshop, our products are gluten and lactose free.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Oca Golosa you will rediscover authentic tastes. We choose only fresh products: eggs, milk, cream, 100% Italian flour and vanilla beans.
We always prefer seasonal products and culinary excellence of small manufacturing.
Our passion, our dedication and our study granted us the award “best vegan cake”. In 2018 our traditional Panettone was one of the 30 best panettones in Italy and in 2019 we took part in Mastro Panettone contest, and we won the bronze medal as best handmade Italian Panettone. Our colomba was an achievement too: in 2020 and in 2021 at the Divina Colomba contest we were one of the 30 best handmade Italian Colomba.
